Sweating too much can feel at the very least embarrassing and uncomfortable. It might cause anxiety, and be disabling in certain areas of your life.
Roughly half of adults consider extreme sweating in public to be less embarrassing than such experiences as losing one’s hair (51%), having gas (53%), burping (51%), having one’s fly open (51%) and having severe acne (52%)
One of the immediate things everyone can do to reduce sweating is to deliberately slow down.
Think about areas of your life right now that could be slowed down.
You might as I have done improved your diet, not only to help normalize your sweating levels, but also as an overall health booster.
