Slow down your life and sweat less

One of the immediate things everyone can do to reduce sweating is to deliberately slow down.

Think about areas of your life right now that could be slowed down.

Sure it seems counter intuitive these days.  Can you recall in what situation you felt comfortable, happy and not sweating as much.   What it when you slowed down, Moved slower, breathed slower, walked slower, drove slower, talked slower,  took your time preparing for your day, or next meeting, stopped multitasking and focus on one thing at a time?

What have your experiences been when you deliberately slowed down?
