Discover Wheatgrass for Sweating and Your Health!
Wednesday, September 24, 2008 11:17You might as I have done improved your diet, not only to help normalize your sweating levels, but also as an overall health booster.
Instead of taking vitamins in the morning, I started to drink wheat grass. Wheat grass is one of the most complete and nutrient rich foods. It contains all the known minerals your body needs, it is one of the richest sources of Vitamins A, B & C as well as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfur, Cobalt and Zinc as well as all the Amino Acids, making it a complete protein.
My family and friend tease that it smells like green grass and probably taste like it. Since wheat grass juice does have a somewhat “unusual” taste, you might in the beginning want to mix with juice or “chase” it with drink juice or a slice of orange.
If you happen to live or work close to a health food store with a juice bar, you might want to start with 1 oz freshly squeezed wheat grass juice per day. If that’s not possible or available try with frozen wheat grass juice or powered one. I recently discovered that Wholefoods carries frozen wheat grass juice packaged in convenient individual cubes. Over time when you start feeling a different you might want to invest in a wheat grass press and juice it yourself.
Either way it is most potent when you drink immediately.
Let me know what your experience with wheat grass has been.
